Describe Your Property
Provide property details (Size, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Amenities, Photos and other info about the property) and submit for review.
Property Manager Review
Property manager will contact you to go over the property management process, market analysis to help determine rent price and also go over the marketing strategy. We will also answer any questions you may have.
Property Management Agreement (PMA)
Securely access and sign the PMA electronically, fastening the process of getting your property live.
Pre-listing Prep Work
Getting home ready for List (repairs, painting, cleaning, installing missing appliances, blind etc), Professional Photo shoot, and install signs.
Listing Goes Live
Relax while we Advertise, Market, perform tenant screening and get you the best tenant!
Schedule Showings
Property Manager contacts leads, pre-screens them and schedules showings.
Review Application & Approve
We check for identification, income, credit, criminal background and rental history before an application is approved.
Lease Signing & Move-in
We outline the terms and explain the expectations to the tenant during the lease signing process and enable the Move-in for tenants.
Support for Owners & Tenants

Venkat is a very good negotiator. He was quick to respond, when I had questions. He came to all the meetings with the seller and provided valuable inputs on inspections and mortgage options. Overall, I was impressed and would love to work with him again.
